Looking at the painting of the family at the end of the theme song, I realized that John Amos is sitting in that chair!

I mean, IT IS JOHN AMOS! The painting looks exactly like John Amos did at that time! It's like they drew a still portrait of John into a painting! The rest of the cast look only slightly like themselves in the painting(Thelma comes the closest to how she looks on the show), but John(James was dead on)! It's uncanny!
