Post Is anybody watching the World Trade Center?

For those of you that have not heard, 2 planes have now crashed in the Twin towers. The first one crashed into the north tower at 7:48 a.m. central time. Then just a few minutes ago, within 18 minutes, a secong plane has just crashed into the OTHER twin tower of the World Trade Center. I SAW THAT ONE LIVE.

Is anybody else watching this?

WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON????? There has now been an explosion at the Pentagon. They are reporting that ANOTHER plane has caused this explosion. They are saying a plane crashed into or near the Pentagon.

I can't get a hold of my realtives on NYC. I have 2 and 3 year old cousins that go to school just north of the World Trade Center on Lower East Side Manhattan. I'm concerned not worried though. I got through to NYC a couple of times but got cut off. Both buildings have collapsed. All I can do is pray.

I was lucky to get through to my brother. He lives in D.C. and is always up near the capital. Thankfully though, he was at home today. My heart goes out to all the people who have friend and family in NY and D.C. as well as those that were on the planes.

Vaya con Dios!

I saw this all live this morning, it's very crazy. I still can't believe the World Trade Center is no more. I live in Linden, NJ and I always see those buidings on top of a major highway, now I won't, this is very sad. Something must be done!

I was at work, when I heard. I'm up in Albany, NY. They evacuated the Capitol and all the State buildings. I've been trying to get through to Brooklyn, I have a friend down their, I'm guessing it's the circuits are gonna be tied up for awhile. Don't know how long.

This is ridiculous! I can't believe the World Trade Center is gone.

They are transporting some of the victims across the river to NJ hospitals on Ferry Boats.

This is nuts. Some of the news coverage, what they actually showed, was pretty unbelievable. I was eating breakfast in the cafeteria this morning a little after 9 with my two friends. We heard this one guy a couple tables over saying that two planes had crashed mid-air. I was still half-asleep and I went into my 9:30 where we didn't know anything and sort of were joking about the 2 planes. After that class ended we found out what had happened and my 11 was mostly talking about the disaster. Ever since then I've been tuned to the tv and trying to call Frankfort to find out what's going on there. This has just been unbelievable, unbelievable. Never mind the fact that at this time last year I was in DC for a semester completing an internship. Trying not to think about what could have happened, but it's hard when your mother says she loves you and she's glad your not in DC.

When the first plane crash happened it was lunch time over here and I heard about it from my supervisor at work. I was extremely shocked - it's the kind of thing you expect to see in the movies but for it to happen in reality is very, very frightening. Even though I'm thousands of miles away I can tell you that everyone in Scotland and the rest of the United Kingdom are very concerned and all our thoughts and prayers are with those affected by the terrible incident.

I heard the news in school. I was out of class, having my school picture taken, and when I went into Algebra, the news was on. I was like "The World Trade Center was bombed?!" but this one gurl explained the situation to me and I just sat there and watched that one building collapse. And the Pentagon was hit also. Oh and there was also a terrorist hijacked plane that crashed in Somerset, PA... a town that is only 45 minutes away from where I live! We were let out school early and my dad is currently in NY on a bussiness trip and we can't get a hold of him on his cell. This is devastating! So many innocent people are dead. My deepest, heartfelt condolences go out to everyone who is suffering because of this tragedy... you're in my prayers, America.

Carter: So... what do you, er, think about tonight?

Abby: I think it’s the least I could do... no-one should be alone after killing a clown.

Dave: You killed the clown?

Carter: No.

Abby: Didn’t save him.

Carter: You know what? Stop it.

Abby: What?

Carter: Don’t talk to me about Luka. I’m not your girlfriend and I shouldn’t really even be here with you.

Abby: Why not?

Carter: (Pausing) Because I don’t want to wish bad things for you and Luka. And I don’t want to sit on the sidelines waiting for you two to break-up. (Pauses) And I don’t want to be your friend. (Smiles gently) It might be convenient for you but it isn’t doing much for me.

It was all we talked about at school today...it is so sad to even think about what has happened. I just cannot believe it. EVERYTHING is closed here - city offices, evening classes, colleges and universities, shopping malls, airports, hospitals...

I was in third period when I heard about it. At first I didn't really know what happened and didn't make much of it. But by lunch it was the biggest news in school. And in fifth and seventh period we watched the coverage. From what I make of it, 2 planes crashed into the World Trade Center, both buildings completely collapsed, one crashed into the Pentagon, and one was shot down somewhere in Pennsylvania. That's just what I've heard.

My sister just told me that she heard that a plane in Cleveland was hijacked, but she hasn't heard anything abou it since.

Whoever did this was sick. They were sick people with sick minds and I hope to God that they are rotting in hell this very moment.

one was shot down somewhere in Pennsylvania.

It was in Somerset, PA.

My sister just told me that she heard that a plane in Cleveland was hijacked, but she hasn't heard anything abou it since.

I hope that's not true! I just want all of these tragic incidents to end.
