DVD problem

has anyone had this problem, or a similar one, and if so, what did you do about it?

one of the discs in the season 1 set stops at a certain point. I fast-forward past the scene it happens on; and the rest of the show is fine. I cleaned the disc, and that took care of the problem somewhat. I wrote to Image entertainment and told them, and they sent me a replacment disc. But, I had the same problem with it, I wrote and told them, they said to send it back, I did and they sent me another replacment one. But, I had the same problem with it, so I e-mailed them again and told them, but they said that unfortunately, they can't send me another replacment.

The rest of the shows on the disc are fine; as are my other DVDs, so I know the problem isn't my player.

I'm so desperate, I don't know WHAT to do!
