'Scrubs' Stars Get Musical - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

HOLLYWOOD - The stars of top medical sitcom Scrubs are set to hit the high notes as part of an all-musical episode in the upcoming series.
Producers of the show have hired the brains behind Broadway hit Avenue Q to create songs for the quirky one-off special.

It won't be the first time the cast of a TV show has shown off its singing and dancing skills--Buffy the Vampire Slayer and 7th Heaven have both featured musical specials in the past.

Am I the only one who's sick of Guy Love? Yes, it's a GREAT song and hilarious the first million times, but now I feel tired of it. I still like it, but skip it when it comes up on my iPod. My personal favourites were "Dominican" and "The Rant" - not the official names, but Turk and Carla's Tango and Dr. Cox's rant. I'm also a huge fan of "Everything Comes Down to Poo" - gross, but so hilarious!

Truly, a brilliant episode. Reminded me of the musical episode of "Daria", where everyone thought a hurricane was going to hit. Also fantastic. Or the Southpark Movie, for that matter.

Ah, musical versions of non-musical sitcoms, how I love thee...
