Even though Steve is one of the least funny people I've ever seen, I won't be at all surprised if he gets it.

What does it take to get some recognition for this show? While I think that Tony Shalhoub is a bit funny, he's no Kevin James IMO. They used his "Pole Lox" scene to showcase him though, which was good.

Also to add a little more, even though I had my fingers crossed for him and wanted the show to finally get some recognition I knew he probably wouldn't come out on top. Too much darn politics.

This is one of those shows that may not win any Emmys in it's lifetime, but will have the glory of being rerun forever. It'll join the ranks of Seinfeld, Raymond, Friends and other modern day classics.

BTW, I love "Monk" and am glad Tony won. However, I would have enjoyed seeing Kevin James win.

What da hell is wrong with the Emmy's who decides these things!! I don't know anybody that watch Monk!!! Kev should have won!!! Leah and Jerry should have been nomanated and won as well!!! The Emmy's don't give a crap about what da people like!!! Give this show the reconigon it deserves!!! Emmys SUCK!!! Monk SUCK!!!!!
