What is something you traded for, bought or watched, becuase it relates to your life?

In example, long ago my neighbor LOOOOOOVED Grace under fire- she coudl relate with the single mom thing-
and She grew up in Alabama- so she was in love with the show-


My Sister- well she is in love with the show that 70's show- because she was a teen in the 70's and loves the music and the humor, and the situation they are in-

Another, loves ER becuase she is an ER doctor in Chicago.

and on and on.


It seems to me, we find things relating to our lives, better or funnier.
A lot of cops I know, watch Cops, and other reality shows
My friend with the ER passion, alos loves greys anatomy, the practice etc.


So in your collection, what was something you got, or collect because it relates to you personally.

After seeing this show for the first time, I wanted to get as many episodes as possible.

Being a student nurse, I could relate to JD getting endless criticism from his narcissistic mentor. Not only was the show funny as hell, but it help me through a lot of situations on the wards.
