Was "Today I'm A Freshman" filmed before the episode (or at least the tesaser section of) "Hawaii Bound"?

The reason why I asked was that during the first Hawaii episode, Mike's hair turns to a perm gradually as he gets off the plane.

In "TIAF" his hair is straight.

Acording to the Brady World episode guide, the whole Hawaii three part thing was filmed before Today I Am A Freshman. I heard somewhere on TV once (I think it was Brady Home Movies) that Bob Reed's hair was curly naturally and in the heat of Hawaii there was nothing her could do to stop it from curling up, so taking Florance's advice, he just left it that way.
