The season 11 box cover looks good. That's a nice cast picture.

personaly, I don't plan on buying the "MARTINIS & MEDICINE" set, or the season 11 set, since I've already bought the first 2 seasons, am planning to buy the 3rd, and that's all I want. My reason? 4 words THE ALAN ALDA SHOW.

And as for the extras, frankly, I couldn't give a **** about them, and I have the movie on VHS.

I've always wondered WHY anyone would want the entire series, anyway.

...probably because everybody does not think like you. people like different things. i like the entire series, and yes i can understand your point about the 'alan alda show'. but why do you have to talk down to others that my like something that you don't like? don't be such an ass.

While I honestly perfer the earlier season (and season 5 and 7), I really think there are good episodes in each season...

That being said, I'm not sure I'm going to buy the awesome huge set just because I really don't have that kind of money, but I figure in a few years, maybe it'll be more affordable...

And since I have every episode on VHS, I'll be ok I guess

you know, name-calling is againt the rules of this forum. Do it again; and I'll report you. Sorry; I don't want to, but if you break the rules, it's only fair. I'm sure you would do the same thing to me.

And; I'm sorry you don't agree with me about the show. But, like you said; everybody doesn't like the same things and opinions vary. That's what makes the world go round!

As for MASH; I will admit; the later episodes weren't all that bad sometimes. Some of them did have funny moments.

well, go ahead and report me, cause if you look around at another thread, you will see that i said you were "being an ass again" in responce to what you said there as well.
i'm not calling you a name...i am stating that you are 'being as ass", just pointing out that your attitude is of an ass. just because you don't like something, you don't have any reason to be treating anyone reading here like they are stupid because you don't like the subject at hand.
BTW, today is the first time i have been to this board in a couple months. i have never had a person's statement hit me like your condesension did. i have read two of your posts today and in both you said the same condesendng thing about other M*A*S*H fans.
oh, and please don't speak for me. you are threatening me with "board authority" because i called you on your actions by calling you ...a name. don't tell me i would do the same thing, you don't know me. i would not be so worried about "a name" by you or anyone else here. the world is full of more meaningful matters for me to worry about than being called a name. at least in my world there are.

now, let's go back to talking about the evils of FOX and their idiocy, than that of either of us here on the board.

I guess I don't get why, just in general, people post negative comments about shows in that shows board...

Anyways, what was Fox's justification in releasing each season for so long THEN releasing the huge set without the option of the bonus/interview disks alone being sold for those of us who purchased the individual seasons?
