I seen the movie yesterday and I didn't catch the beginning, so I was surprised to find out that Kadeem Hardison played Fantasia's father in this movie. Debbie Allen directed this movie...she played a very small part of an "idol contestant wannabe"...she sang really awful (on purpose) trying to sound like those contestants who we see on the auditions that sound so awful.

I just finished watching it. I saw "Stevie" and "Dwayne" in the prayer circle. That was so funny. The first season theme song was playing in my head. LOL.

Seems like those people from the cast & crewof ADW remains pretty close, i see theme in other rather small projects but still they remain close... can't wait for any project that reunite Jasmine and Kadeem...

Debbie Allen has always been great at comedy. It is such a laugh to see her acting wacky and silly. Give me more of that.
