George Finds a Father George, Who? Louise's Convention Louise's Reunion and I will be watching Louise's Award tonight. Every episode I've seen so far I've enjoyed thoroughly. This was a really good season, and I can't pick just one! |

I like "The Freeze-In" really well. I still do not know if I can call that the best one of the season though. I will tell you my favorite when I am done watching them all.

"Louise's Sister" is my personal favorite from Season 5. When George and Louise go into the kitchen and Louise turns around, I knew EXACTLY what she was going to say from watching this episode many, many, many years ago and even said out loud "Love her? George, I can't STAND her!"
The actress that played Louise's sister was outstanding. Her voice was unique. Unfortunately, I can't recall ever seeing her in anything else. |

I was intrigued enough to do some web searching on Josephine Premice, who played Maxine in "Louise's Sister." She died in 2001, at 75, and had a reputation as one of the great Calypso singers of all time; she was THE most famous Calypso singer in the 1940s and 1950s. Born in Haiti; her original life ambition was to be an anthropologist. Later in life, she began acting in TV sitcoms.
