Default Lionel was more likable on All in the Family

rather than on the Jeffersons. I really was annoyed by his character in season 1. Putting his middle finger up to the Dean, talking back to his parents, and just his entire attitude overall which was never seen on AITF.

Well, to be fair, we didn't really see much of Lionel's personal life on AITF.

I was never really a big fan of Lionel anyway.

I also probably liked Lionel better on All in the Family. On All in the Family, I liked when he was over at the Bunker house to play that "Cop Out" game and there was a point where him and Mike had to be back to back and push. Lionel told Mike to push harder and not let him win the game just because he's black. I also liked the eppie where Lionel was dating Archie's niece.

I meant to say he didn't have as much mouth as he did in season 1 of the Jeffersons.
