Am i being way too picky for being BOTHERED by the One Edited episode on the
season 5 DVD? I just can't get it out of my mind that I will never ever see the full lennth version of that one episode. This wouldn;tbe a big deal if it was a show that wasn;t my favorite but the fact that the Jeffersons is my number one show of all time, i just get so irriated at a INCOMPLETE season being released and promoted as COMPLETE. I hate this, I REALLY REALLY HATE THIS!!!!!!!

I feel for you. I hate the thought of buying the Jeffersons DVD and not seeing complete as I remember back in the 70's. It's practically an insult. I would think when something is released on DVD, we should get THE WHOLE UNEDITED VERSION OF EPISODES...not an opinion, it's a fact we pay for it, we should get it.

On Family Matters they also skip the last scene completely and play the extended theme song. WTF??? Use the shorter version of the theme song and put more of the episode in. I would not complain this much but it is the only place I can watch that show because it is not on DVD. I have no idea why. |
