I didn't get it. That second Vivian killed the show for me. I did buy the second season last week during the $17.99 sale, and that's the only season I care to purchase.

I think you should still get it because the second vivian's role during season was very small.

I got mine Last Friday for Free (I review DVDs for ClassicTvHits.com) and I started and finished it yesterday...This season had some boring episodes for me but it was still all good as the season finale is my second favorite episode...

I got mine last week. This is probably my favorite season tied with Season 3. The new Vivian was pretty dreadful but luckily she was reduced to a smaller role. Hopefully Season 5 will show up in time for Christmas.

Yes it would be cool to get season 5 before the end of the year

Maybe I will buy the 4th season, but I have some issues with the seasons after and during...

*The New Vivian was just god awful, and whoever said that The New Vivian's role was downsized, they were right, all she ever said was "I have to agree with your father".

*Tyra Banks horrible portrayal of a ghetto girl from Philly.
*Carlton going from upscale snob to a goofy sissy punk.

But there are reasons why I'll buy 5 and 6, Tatyana Ali got gorgeous!!!

Tatyana Ali did look her best in those seasons. Karyn Parsons was always gorgeous on the show (except for maybe the first part of Season 1 with that hair) but I believe that she looked her best in Season 4. I love the episode where Hilary poses for Playboy. If only Karyn Parsons posed in real life..............

And now Karyn looks like she is 49-lol She was on 27 when the show ended in 1996 so I wonder why she looks so old

There's only so much of that show I can take, and one season is enough for me on dvd. If anything, I'd buy the third season and that's it. I would like to get the episodes with the Jeffersons in them, but I wouldn't pay the price for a single episode on the fifth and sixth seasons.

Carlton and those feminine dances and screams really bothered me, along with the fact that Will did it all the time too (except he did screams, snapping, and finger waving).
