dwayne was crsammed up on the couch with some girsl and dwayne told ron to come out on the fire escape to talk to him. She was tall and masculine looking and just not easy on the eyes

I know it wasn't a man but she just had masculine features. Her Face and Hands-lol Plus she was 6'4
