How is he the 3rd and his dad's name was Joe?

His dad was Joseph Knipfing Jr. (I didn't know that) Obituary

If his father and grandfather are both named Joe, he must have been named after an uncle or something. Or maybe imdb.com just don't know what they're talking about!

On IMDB, it just means that they listed two other Kevin James' before him. It doesn't have anything to do with him personally.

Ok i get it. he had to be named after an uncle or sumthin because everything i see his name on its says Kevin James III, i dunno im probrably wrong.
