Haven't heard it, but judging by the title and the fact that it appears in Jay and Silent Bob, I don't think it's a song I care to hear.

I like it when they do the song and they bleep out the word High. The things they use to bleep it out like a cat meowing or someone burping, and the sound of a police car that's to funny.
