Otis was my favorite Martin character. I liked when he was at the ATM machine and told that big guy in line - "You can't afford to put cheese on a WHOPPER boy!" lol

Thumbs up OTIS!!!

YES!!!!

Jerome was dadgum cool but NOBODY was funnier than old man Otis.
It had to be them striped socks! LOL!!!

You HAD to love when he beat somebody down.
Always underestimating that old man.

He could probably whoop the student who whooped Dragonfly Jones for his telephone money!

No Doubt Otis was the funniest. I love that episode at the ATM when Pam is trying to get some money out. Especially when he walks up to her looks her up and down and says "uhumm you going get you a little money" then he notices her car parked in the no parking zones and proceeds to try to jump all over the car.

Then he told the dude with all the muscles after looking at his account balance-"You can't afford to put cheese on a waffle"

LOL

Oh no no no...ROMEY ROME was the funniest in addition to Sheneneh! Jerome was a classic character, his fashion statements alone were hilarious! I LOVE me some Romey Rome!

I will say they were evenly funny. The Shenneh and Mother character were the worst

Wow, who IS funnier between Otis and Jerome? I'm vacillating. OK, OK, I'll say Otis is a little funnier, but I like Jerome more overall. (o:
