Default Is Samuel L. Jackson getting desperate?

I have noticed alot of his recent movies are nothing but pure junk. He has got Snakes on a plane coming out, not to mention his comedy classic, "The Man" with Eugene Levy and of course the "highly anticipated" sequel XXX: State of the Union. Ever since he rose to star status after Pulp Fiction, he has seemingly taken any role that is offered to him.

Yeah, he doesn't seem to be to particular about his movie roles. I read a story about him a few weeks ago, and he said he picks movies that he wants to do, regardless of the outcome.

Snakes should be a hit. I think it will become a cult classic.

I've noticed the same thing. I think sometimes an actor has to put finances ahead of big movie roles, which don't come along too often. I've noticed that Robert DeNiro isn't that picky these days either, but I'm sure he's rich.

Gob: There's not a lot of logic to it. It's kind of like on a boat with "Women and children first." I mean, why should they -

I guess when you're Samuel L. Jackson, you can afford to make poor choices like that?

I think Sam wants to work and he can put butts in the seats, hes just a gem to me and although the movie seems silly, I think Snakes will be HUGE!.. I think to make a movie that is campy about airflight these days is right on... We need to laugh and it makes u wish the worst think u can imagine loose on a plane were snakes!

Even the title Snakes on a Plane sounds freaking stupid. But we'll see how everything goes.

It does seem like he's desperate. I don't wanna see Snakes On A Plane. It looks stupid. I remember when he dissed rappers a few years ago saying that he doesn't wanna play in movies with rappers because they don't take acting serious enough. Next thing i know after he said that, he did XXX State Of The Union movie with Ice Cube and Xzibit LOL. Now he's working on a movie with 50 Cent LOL. I rented Freedomland movie that he did a few months ago. That's a pretty good movie. Samuel also dissed Spike Lee a long time ago because Spike had a problem with him saying nig*a a lot in Jackie Brown movie. Samuel said Spike acts like he's the spokesperson for all black people because he has a problem with black actors saying nig*a a lot LOL. I think Spike was tripping about Samuel using that word a lot because Jackie Brown was directed by Quentin Tarantino who's a white guy. If Spike would've been the director of Jackie Brown, he wouldn't have had a problem with Samuel using that word a lot LOL.
