Just found out they will be releasing the Twilight Zone: The Complete Collection on October 3rd. This will be all 5 complete seasons (every single episode.) As of right now, Barnes&Noble's website has it for $239.99 ($215.99 club price)

This will be good news for those wishing to start (and subsequently finish) their TZ collection, and perhaps bad news to those who shelled out mundo bucks for the individual sets (which includes myself). I mean good grief, I paid as much as $100 for each of the individual sets, only to find Wal-Mart having one of the sets for under $45 a couple weeks later. And then this. I had no idea the Complete collection was even coming, I could have saved in the neighborhood of $260 in the long run.

Sorry for the rant, but it's just irritating you know?

Just as kind of a follow-up post, it's interesting to note how many different ways TZ is available. You can get the individual volumes, the collections, the season by season sets, or the complete collection.

Perhaps no other show is available in so many ways.
