my doctor told me I'm 18 pounds overweight so I was right I AM fat.

Did the doctor say YOU ARE FAT? One can be overweight for their size, doesn't mean they are fat. People carry weight differently. I hope you talked to the doctor abt your concerns abt your meds and other issues. Your physical health means nothing if your mental health is not well.

18 pounds isn't really that much. I wouldn't say you're necessarily fat. Maybe you could try playing some kind of sport to keep fit? Are there any you enjoy?

I read somewhere that technically Tom Cruise is overweight, and I would NEVER think so. In fairness, a lot of the weight systems seem antiquatied to me as they don't usually take into account body fat/muscle and bone density.....It's just important to be healthy! I've lived my whole life "overweight," no matter how hard I exercise...just learn to like yourself, and work hard at your cross country!
