Default I Think I Know What Would've Happened If John Was Alive In The Finale

Paul would've got back on writing sports columns and Bridget,Kerry & Rory would've all graduated

i said it before and i will say it again...had John not died, the show would still be on the air. There would have been no finale...YET.

I agree. When John died, I stopped watching the show. I was never really a John Ritter fan to begin with and I never really liked his character that much, but the show fell apart without him.

I still think the show would have ended with Paul being the author of the book "8 Simple Rules for Dating my Teenage Daughter." Some other finale stuff would have happened, but that would be one of the storylines. And I know it wouldn't have ended when it did, but that's not the point. This storyline is for when the finale would air.

It's sad thinking about it. I think the show would have at least lasted 6 years if John hadn't died.

That would make sense because he did wanna make money off of writing a book
