Default Finaly got to see ONE episode and I will it's watchable and I plan to watch more

The Only thing I didn't like was the ending of the ep about some guy running for President and the guy who everyone in the newsroom wanted to shave off his mustache was KISSED by a Man on the Lips at the end. That was a little strange. But I do want to watch more eps, Very Watchable

That bit was just to shock the audience a little, I think. Both of the characters are heterosexual. However, later in the season and for season four, Matthew acts like he's in love with Bill. Really he just hero worships him. But with Andy Dick playing Matthew, he does make him act a little gay. But it's funny to watch. At least it is to me.

I've found that a lot of the fans don't like Andy Dick on "NewsRadio." To me, I don't think the show would work without him. Especially in the last season when there's no Catherine and Bill.

She's the black woman (played by Khandi Alexander). She leaves in episode 60, which is early in the fourth season.

She chose to leave, however, I'm not sure why. On the DVD commentary, even the cast and crew weren't sure why. Some said she wasn't happy her role on the show. The actress who played Lisa, said it had to do with Lauren Graham, who guest starred in four episodes of the 4th season. Some thought she might have been added as a full-time cast member.

Khandi Alexander does commentary in the seasons 1 & 2 set and they're all friends. So whatever her reason for leaving was, it's not something that anyone's bitter about today (unlike, say Suzanne Somers leaving Three's Company )

The character got some job in London and that's why she left. She visits in the memorial episode for Bill McNeal (Phil Hartman) in season 5.
