I always liked this episode because it has a lot of office banter among the three writers. And I love the end when Buddy comes in... that look on his face is priceless. When he says Sheepshead Bay....that is such an inside old Brooklyn Jewish line...it refers to Sheepshead Bay in Brooklyn which was populated at that time and during the 20s-60s with great, NYC salt of the earth, family-loving Jewish people. Sheepshead Bay was right on the water and had all sorts of fishing boats and businesses along the shore.

I always wondered why Buddy said that! Thanks for clearing up the mystery!

Oliver: I'd take a seed, a tiny little seed, I'd plant it in the ground, I'd put some dirt on it, I'd water it, and pretty soon, do you know what I would have? Lisa: A dirty little wet seed. |
