Where or how can I make a web page,my first time web page. Is there a free web desgin,or maker. Thanks

You can use geocities for free...you'll just have to create a yahoo e-mail account, but that's free too...It's not a GREAT system, but it works.

Geocities has HUGE ads now. That's why I moved my site to another free host w/ no ads.

I would Google "Free Web Hosts" or something and find a host you like. If you need any help as far as HTML or anything, let me know!

you can look for "free web hosts" on google, there are hundreds of them.
