this is the best episode on the twilight zone this ever aired

....but Rod Serling "overwrote" it. William Froug, producer of that episode, told Serling that the original script had more pages than could be filmed. Froug claimed he removed 10 pages before filming, and it didn't affect the story
one bit! When unchecked, Rod could write page after page of "conflict" dialogue between two characters, and while it may have been good dialogue, it tended to slow up the story a bit {see "The Fear"..and the 1966 "demonstration" film of "Planet Of the Apes" with Charlton Heston and Edward G. Robinson, to see how Rod could overindulge himself in this practice}.

I still watch this episode it still amaze me on how the head and eyes music got me hooked on it ^_^
