I think so, I also think that if John Amos would have stayed around, the episode "The Evans Dilemma" wouldn't have happened at all. If it did they would have had James with the drinking problem instead of Keith.

I don't think that Keith and Thelma would still be living there if James were around. That's just too damn many grown people in a 2 bedroom apartment.

Exactly, that's what I've been saying but people don't read I guess. You would have to have pretty big balls to slap Thelma in front of James or any father.

You are right, people don't know how to read. If James were around, the eventual storylines would have been DIFFERENT!
