In accordance to Access Hollywood, ABC's "The One: Making a Music Star" has been withdrawn (cancelled) from schedule with immediate effect. The reason being that of low ratings.

Thank God...get that piece of crap, American Idol imitation off the air. I want SITCOMS!!!!!!!!!

It was a ratings disaster. It's name "The One" fit perfectly because it only got a 1.0 in Adults 18-49, LOL.

and no... they didn't pick a winner. That would require people to actually watch(since it was supposed to be voted on by America). It was supposed to air for another month at least, but they couldn't keep it on with such terrible ratings.

The promo campaign was huge. LOL

Couldn't they have even moved it to ABC Family and swap places with "Kyle X/Y." That show is obviously doing well on the major network.
