One of the saddest episodes I think would have to the one where Darlene has her baby (Harris) and she is so underweight and they think she isn't going to make it. That made me tear up.

I agree, the last episode makes me cry every single time I watch it, lol. I agree that the others listed above are all very sad episodes, too. I also think the one where Dan leaves makes me upset, like when he's looking back at the pictures before he walks out the door, it's so sad to watch. <3. xoxo.

None of the episodes made me cry -- I'm not trying to be a tough macho guy. The only episode -- or episodes (it was a two parter) -- that made me feel some type of sadness was Jackie being abused by Fisher.
I always just want to jump into the television and hug Jackie -- she was one of my favourite characters (before she went Gilligan on me) .. |

I havent cried over any episodes but a few episodes that did make eyes my water was the one where Becky and Dan fall out over his bike. Its the bit at the end where Becky feels left out when Dan and Darlene are only making the milk shakes.

I've actually only cried during two of the episdoes.
The episode with baby Harris, and when all the generations take a turn talking to her. And then just liek everything. And of course the last episode. |

I just recently saw the eps when Darlene withdraws from everyone. Dan and Roseannes reactions are so sad and when Dan goes to her room to talk to her it really got to me.

One of the episodes that to me had a very powerful scene was the episode where Roseanne looses control and hits D.J. after he steals the car and crashes it. When Roseanne is apologizing to D.J. at the table while eating cookies and remembering the abuse she suffered at the hands of her own father, you could tell that she was drawing on her own real-life experiences as the victim of child abuse, and this makes the scene very powerful and effective...

The one where Jackie is being abused by Fisher. Also when Darlene reads her poem.

Never full blown cried at any episode, but some parts that make me get a little watery are the Jackie/Fisher abuse one, the DJ stealing car one, and the last one.
Also, in season 2 when Jackie is taking care of the family, that scene when Dan recalls when he first saw Jackie, that always hits me like a ton of freakin' bricks. |
