i don't have time to look at this in depth for a few hours, but that C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\XZ7DCE.EXE is an obvious problem - see if you can kill that process with task manager or killbox and scan again with hijack this

the downside is that THAT process is probably a randomly created filename that changes with each boot - you most likely need to run an up-to-date antivirus scan to see if it can identify the the culprit

best thing would be to try one of the many free online antivirus scans
