The first disc of THE ANDY GRIFFITH SHOW- SEASON ONE is being made available on October 24th for those of us who feel we just want a sampling of the simple life. Some nice box art can be viewed here---

I still am hesitant about going all out for this one so maybe I'll give the sample a shot first--- too bad it isn't a free sample, though. Should run us under fifteen bucks LP.

Hmm, this sounds interesting...of course, I already own season one, so I obviously wouldn't get this. I don't think I've ever seen this before on any type of TV DVD set--I wonder if they'll do this on others. That would be nice to purchase just one disc if you've never seen the show and want to test it out (but if you end up liking the show, you'll end up paying more money for the first disc and then getting the complete set

).
