I'm just really lost in life right now. My biggest problem is math actually. Because my math is below average, I can't get into any Universities down here. I'm stuck in a junior college until I pass this stupid state math test. I thought maybe because I didn't know what I wanted to do in college anyway, why not try a trade school? That way the can just teach me the essentials on what I need to know for that career. Well I contacted one and I found out that I have to take a math test. I just feel like I have no options, that I'm just going to end up working minimum wage job at a grocery store forever. I'd rather be dead then do that.

I'm sorry. Anyway, I get lost after the first step, especially in Algebra. I can do the basic stuff, the kind of math a person actually needs.

Do you have any idea what kind of math is going to be on this test? I'm sure there are a lot of people here who could pitch in and help.

Look for some math help books too. Like Algebra for Dummies or similar. Those books really do make things clearer.
