Default Fun Fact Time

The woman who played the first vivian was in a 1984 Burger King Commercial doing a Whopper Promotion. That surprised the hell out of me

Will Smith met his wife, Jada Pinckett, on the show. She was one of the actresses, who auditioned for the part of Lisa Wilkes, a k a Will's girlfriend/fiancée during the 5th season. Nia Long ended up getting the part on the show, but Jada got the real Will.

Al B. Sure, Tyler Collins and Tevin Campbell were all Warner Brothers recording artists at the time. Benny Medina was the A&R for the Black Music Division at Warner. Hence, that's how they were all able to have a role on the series.

who was Tyler Collins? You make me think of Trevor Collins when you say that lol...Also, Quincy Jones was a recording artist/singer so he had something to do with all the musician guest appearences on the show too..seeing how he was behind the show from the start.

Tyler Collins had a top 40 hit with the song "Girls Nite Out". She played Cindy the waitress who later became Cinderella at the halloween party in season 1. Yeah it's possible Quincy may deserve some credit as well.

Carlton's Cindy or another one? Sorry I just can not picture her, especially with the first name Tyler hah. And yes, I agree.

At the end of the "The Fresh Prince Project" pilot episode, while Carlton is in the shower as Will & Ashley pass by, he is singing "Silly Love Songs"; a 1976 hit by Paul McCartney & The Wings.
