1st and 10/USFL
I just bought the box set from Amazon.com and I reconized some of the games as USFL games. I reconized Boston, Birmingham, and New Jersey.

USFL means United States Football League. They played in the summer for a few years

Did you also notice that ALL of the "Bulls" footage during the USFL stuff was of the LA Express prior to Steve Young playing for them?
