I was watching an Episode titled Mircle Cure. Is that the first episode of Diagnosis Murder?

Yes, Miracle Cure is the first episode of Diagnosis Murder.

It was filmed in Colorado, and it was done after Diagnosis of Murder, House on Sycamore, and Twist of the Knife.

There were also cast changes. The roles of Jack and Amanda were changed.
