Default I thought Dorm Fees was included in the Tuition?

Why was Denise saying her Check for her Dorm Fees bounced? I thought that would be paid by her parents when they paid for her College Tuition? I never heard of Dorm Fees being paid seperately by the Student

of course. I thought you meant that the dorm fees are included in the tuition fee. Just like books and other misc. stuff, they are usually separate from the tuition fee.

No Dorm fees are separate, it's like rent. Because everyone don't live in the Dorms.

Well at my college it was included, which is why it cost $12, 000 a semester

Well at mine it was separate, because you have to pay tuition, dorm and books. And it was always first come first serve when it came to dorms. If you didn't pay for your dorm then you were homeless LOL

At Georgia State the books, housing and costs of living are seperate from the tuition as we only have a limited number of beds available to those who want to live on campus. Now some schools (GSU will in fall 2008) require freshmen and/or sophomores to live on campus and the housing costs are still seperate.
