Today it was almost 100 degrees with a dew point in the 70s, making it feel like 480. It's times like today when I wish I could hug the person who invented the A/C, or discovered Freon, etc. I don't even want to imagine living in this heat without it.

The temperature in our basement is probably about 55 degrees. Holy cow, do we overdo it. Makes for an awesome sleeping temperature, though.

ive got one fan goingin my bedroom as i write this and my a/c going too becase where i live its 930 pm right now and still about 70 degrees

almost 100 degrees...PSH, it was 105+ degrees and blazin' here last week. There have been many wild fires/prairie fires/grass fires around here. My AC got used so much last week, that I think it almost crapped out on me once.

I checked about an hour ago and it was still 85. In the middle of the night!
