You have to find out why and how he died. You can ask yes or no questions only.

Two identical twin brothers went to a restaurant together. They ordered the exact same food and the exact same drink. They are identical in every way. One of them died and one did not. Why?

Well, you didn't say one died in the restaurant. Maybe he was run over by a car coming out. Or poisoned.

You have solved part of the question. He was poisoned. Actually they both were. Now you have to find out how they were poisoned and why only one died.

It's all very simple actually... They were food poisioned and one of them died because he was allergic to something in the food that he didn't know was in it.

*shrugs* you never know with these things...

Okay, on a roll......um.... uh... Alright! They were both poisoned. One died. The other lived...because...when the ambulance arrived everyone had come from a party and had a couple drinks and thought they were seeing double so only took one of them!!!!
