Do you know a good pet psychiatrist?

My brother used one in Austin. The doc was pretty good. Solved my brother's cat's problem. Turns out that she was lonely because my brother was gone alot.

I don't! I'm not sure if "psychiatrist" is the right term, but animals can have psychological problems just like humans.
