I noticed that at the bottom, it LOOKS like the runtime is 278 minutes (~21 minutes/episode). I sure hope not! I hope they stay with 338 minutes, like originally announced.

I wish they would spell "hifalootin' " correctly and not "hifalotin' ".

<---English degree

Hopefully someone will catch that.

And I can't imagine the episodes would be edited except for the Alistair Quince intros and the original theme, although I hope they do decide to include those.

Please don't let it be edited. Please, please, please...let it be an error.

I take back what I just posted. I just blew up the picture to see the run time and it does look like it says 278.

These episodes better not be edited! We have waited so long! If they are edited, I'm staying with my home made DVDS.

Is there any way to contact someone to find out if it is 278 minutes or 338 minutes?

At this rate I bet the episodes won't be in the right order either.

Episode 1: Mama's Silver

I don't see why WB wouldn't keep the episodes in airdate order -- they've been good to the other sets with keeping the episodes in airdate order. So, I'm sure they'll do the same with Mama's Family, even though I know like 75% of you guys would STRONGLY prefer it in storyline order (I don't).

I just contacted WB Customer Service to ask them about that, so now all I can do is wait until they get in touch with me.

Warner is probably one of the best studios I've seen in regards to edits - meaning that, of all the studios I've seen product from, theirs features edits the least. I seriously doubt Mama's Family is edited - studios do tend to make mistakes on the runtime..from time to time. And if it IS edited, there was probably a damn good reason for Warner to do it. Regardless this set WILL be purchased by myself.

Who cares as long as they are there and I don't care if they are edited I'd rather have that than no mama at all

I emailed Gord Lacey and he replied back and said that studios always screw up running times on the packaging, but he send an email to Warner anyway asking about it.
