apparently TVland doesn't expect 227 to do well, which is why TVland didn't hype it up or anything. Wonder how long they will keep the show on the air? The show would definitely do better if it was on at night, replacing Sanford & Son (well, at least one of it's slots) instead of it being on in the middle of the day while everyone is working. Stupid TVLand.

that would take a way from 1000s episodes of SANFORD and GOOD TIMES a week

I have this dvd'd from the Channel TV ONe on dvd. I am only missing the 2 Xmas eps, but they should play in the next few months. I would imagine these eps are more complete that I have than on TV LAND, they seem to put an extra butchering on shows.
