...somewhere on this board, but I just still cannot believe that JJ is older than Wilona. He is 2 years OLDER than she is, and they were playing the opposite on the show. I watched the show during its original run, and I never would have thought that JJ was older than Wilona. Learn something new every day

He is two years YOUNGER...the precise date of Ja'net's birth year is in dispute...however, he is younger, not older than her.

I'm going by what I read on IMDB. It states her birth year as 1945 and I thought his birth year was 1943. It doesn't matter....either way, I didn't think they were that close in age.

IF you could comprehend what you read, I didn't say that I read about Jimmie Walker's birth year....I said I read on IMBD about Jane't's birth date. And you can stop trying to pick a fight with me, sweetheart, because you WON'T win.

all i am saying is when you researched Ja'net's birth year on IMDB, why not check Jimmie's birth year as well? there wouldn't be a misunderstanding as to their ages. What is wrong with that?

Ja'net's age is somewhat in dispute as we had a thread awhile back regarding her date of birth. Solomon had seen her pic in an old Jet Magazine and we researched and some dates show her as being as old as 60 something where others list her birth date as being ten years later...

Well, isn't the info on IMDB supposed to be really accurate? The year they have listed would make her be 61. To me, she doesn't appear to be much older than that.

I had found on some other sources that showed she may have been born earlier than what is shown on IMDB...considering a lot of people in the business lie for one reason or another abt their age, I can see this happening. I have seen some erros on IMDB regarding info.

It's not really accurate, you can join IMDB and summit any information you have on a Celeb and they will add it to the site.

IMDB is not accurate because Janet posed for Jet in 1960 and if she was born in 1945, that would mean Jet let a 15 year old pose in their magazine. Janet is 66 or 67

remember that post where I found she was born earlier than what IMDB stated? It gave her age at around 68. I can't see a magazine allowing a 15 year old to pose like that. Unless...Ja'net lied to the magazine...
