Awww Tara, I hope you feel better real soon. I've had back problems on and off for about 15 years so I know what that's like. You will definately be in my prayers.

It's probably a pulled muscle.
I read somewhere that about 90% of back pain heals by itself. Of course it helps to rest the back for a day or so.

I certainly hope you're one of the 90% whose back will heal without complications.
