GIRLFRIENDS SEASON DVD SET...

I'M SORRY IF THIS HAS BEEN POSTED ALREADY...

But I love Girfriends, and I want to know why the heck they don't have the season dvd's out yet? There are plenty of shows.. .WACK shows that haven't been out as long as this one, and they got a season set! What's up with that?

They are cashing in probably on off the syndication of the show. It could also be matters with distributors as many shows have flopped when they hit DVD's.

Thats true, but I still think they would bank off this shows DVD's... I've had this same discussion with a number of my friends who also love it. The Direct tv in my area doesn't have local channels, so I'm thinking about switching to another company, just for Girlfriends!

BET airs the reruns of the show. I am not sure what times but I do know they run mini marathons of it on Saturdays. I think with the CW coming out this fall which will give more exposure to the show, I think distributors will probably give this show a chance.
