Cool Girlfriends is a cool show

I've been watching Girlfriends for awhile at 1:30 am. I enjoy it. I never even heard of it before, and it's been on so long. Just a few things that I'm curious about. I'm watching it in syndication, so they're all over the map with the seasons.

What network is the show on, the one in current production?

Are Joan and William a recurring couple? I can't seem to get my mind around their relationship. Also, I think William is a riot with his wry sense of humor. Where have I seen him before?

I know that Maya and Darnell are high school sweethearts. Didn't they break up or something? Do we ever see their son?

Has Diana Ross ever appeared on the show? How about other guest stars?

Is is a very popular show?

They just finished which season...sixth, seventh?

I don't watch the show but it airs on UPN soon to be the CW and it's getting ready to start it's 7th season.

Well, now it airs on UPN on Monday night at 8pm CT, But next season it's moving to Sunday nights on the new CW

Joan and William do become a couple and stay together for a short period of time, They try to sleep together but William (AKA Big Willie) is WAY too big for Joan if you get my drift. So that leads to their breakup permanently.

I think it's more popular for black women than anything

Yes we do see Darnell and Maya's son Jabari, he really grows up as the show progress.

Diana Ross has never guest stared and I really doubt that she will.

And they just finished the 6th season next season (7th) is the last season.

Thank you. Brieannas, why do you think Diana Ross won't make a guest appearance on the show? It seems to me that it would be a nice thing to do for her daughter.

LOL on Big Willie. I can't wait to see that episode.

Solomon, I'm surprised you don't watch the show for the scenery alone, with the tv muted, lol. Those girls are hot.

Well I'm glad that I'm a little higher

I think the only thing that messes her up is that she has WAY too many Tattoos and they are huge. She has one going down her leg, across her stomach, her back and arm. For the longest I thought she was wearing a black arm band on the show. But it turned out to be a tat lol
