Default Does smoking really make you lose weight??

I heard it does.....and it increases your metabolism.

I'm not thinking about doing it, I was just curious about it. If smoking didn't damage your body, I'd do it.

who cares if it does? it gives you lung cancer and all sorts of other stuff on top of it. it shouldn't matter if it does or not.

I heard a lot of teens are staring to smoke now to lose weight......I'm too lazy to exercise (and I hate excercising) and it's too hard to eat healthy.

After you eat you can also stick a toothbrush down your throat and vomit, then you'll lose weight. However, I wouldn't advise it. If you want to change things you have to try there's no easy solution.

nobody likes excerising or eating on a diet but hell, if your serious about it then you make sacrifices. But you don't need to lose any. You just need to get some self-esteem. Excerise releases endorphins which make you feel happy. So maybe some light excerise would help. Why don't you try yoga or pilates?
