I have season 1-17 on dvd. Complete. In order. Full menues.

That means the average season is 5 discs.
So you can do the math its about 85 discs for the entire show

So whats your have list- ?

85 disks

I have all 17 gigs on my computer and I was trying to see how many disks that would be when I burned them. I don't think I will burn them now-lol

Yeah depending on the program you could do less- maybe 3-4 per seaosn but. Hey lets face it less quality siffers depending on your original recordings.
and hey, 4x17=68

Still a bucket of discs.

Not that it isn't worth it---unless you have the hardrive space.

Although Law and order is Killing me as well-
16 seasons of that show- at an HOUR each.
And Dick wolf just keeps spinning out seasons.
but then again, crime writes itself.

Oh well what else would an obsessive compulsive like myself do..

Just turn me towards the light and water me once in awhile folks

i just started doing the practice thats 168 eps at 1 hour each. it will take me about 6 months or longer to do it.

Yup, L&O is one of my largest shows - 16 seasons, 22-24 episodes per season - 96 dvds!!

BTW I meant to say 17 seasons and 40 Gigs. I combined them both by accident-lol
