That signing is OK I guess but not that much of a come up on the defensve end but certainly on the offensive end

I know they signed him with the intent of being their starting center, but he couldn't get that job done when he was a Knick and he damn sure won't do it with Detroit.

Well He probably will give them more offense at that position

That's possible, but the Pistons success was always predicated on their stellar defense.

The Fact that they struggled with Ben wallace lets me know they will not be in the 2nd round of the playoffs next season

Even though the Pistons are not a contender next season, I think that they can still compete into the second round. Nazr Mohammed is crap and I don't really like this signing, but then again, it's not like the Pistons had much of a choice and we ARE talking about replacing Ben Wallace...

The Pistons were exposed last year. A lot of teams will no longer be intimidated by them so I agree with you.
