ROBOT???-lol Not trying to sound sexist or anything but wasn't that dance for men? I never saw a Female do the Robot before until I watched that episode. Feel Free to correct me if I'm wrong.

Side Note: even when I watched the Soul Trains from 1972, I saw only men doing the Robot.

If they got the skills, I don't see why it shouldn't look right. I remember back in the day, when Michael Jackson and Thriller was hot, they were having this local Michael Jackson look-a-like contest, and this fat woman beat out all the men who participated. Not so much that she looked like him, but she had his dance moves down pat.

Let me just say that growing up in the projects, I've seen some women get busy in addition to doing the robot and pop locking.

Yes women did the robot back in the 70's, there's no such thing about male only dance styles.
