Default I think Florida was stupid in this episode

It was the episode where Florida gets snowed in on the bus. She takes the kids out of the bus and into an abandoned wharehouse. Why not stay in the bus and keep the heat on? Did I miss something here?

I thought that if you keep a vehicles running for a long period of time and it's not moving you could get carbon monoxide poisoning. I don't know why I think that

What I find stupid about the episode is that, she only had 3 students on a bus. Why didn't the school just cancel classes for the day? Florida should have just told them that she wasn't going to drive in that kind of weather.

Exactly, she could've got carbon monoxide poisoning if the tail pipe was blocked with snow, but she could've easily scooped out whatever might be blocking it.

I assume that the storm happened before school let out. So she probably had no choice.

Yeah because Thelma and Keith was saying-"Come on Mom you are not going to go out in all that snow are you? And them Florida said-"I didn't let snow stop me when you all were little and I'm not about to start now"

This is what I call a filler episode and it showed that the show was running out of gas in this season.

Florida would not know to do that...

Didn't Florida say that the heat was not working on the bus, and that they could move around more in the warehouse and keep warm than they could on the bus?
