are you using Internet Explorer? Windows XP?
download CCleaner and run it to clear out your cache and all of your temp files (make sure you have ALL windows closed, including IE when you run it) update your Java installation, by downloading the Windows (Online Installation) |

yes it will work without Internet Explorer, although if you have XP i can pretty much guarantee that you have Internet Explorer
did you try to update your Java? you may want to uninstall any older versions in the Control Panel, then download the Online Installation . you need to try accessing your PMs in Internet explorer or firefox just to see if this is a browser-specific problem - to open IE, click on the Run command on the Start Menu then type in iexplore and click on OK |
